This free camping area is located on the banks of the Murray River. It is a great place to take a swim or do some fishing. It is quite scenic so it's great for photo buff's as well.
It is bush camping with plenty of shade on offer from surrounding trees. It is mainly a very large open area with plenty of areas to choose from, some are grassy, some are grass/dirt.
To access this site, you turn off the Goulburn Valley Highway at Finley track to reach it. You will find the track approx 2km upstream of the Tocumwal Bridge, which is just south of the nearby township.
Beware of camping under trees, as River Red Gums drop branches without warning.
