3 stars because of the view. Park is older and tired, but kept ok. Amenties small, old but kept clean. We were self contained so it was not an issue for us. Very friendly manager, many permanents but largely are well away from casuals. Close to town, 5klms, Blowering Dam 5 klms for fishing boating etc. Not flash by any means but we enjoyed our quiet retreat for 2 weeks.
