Julia Creek Caravan park is one of those friendly parks you’ll find yourself recommending to others. As soon as you drive in, you’ll feel right at home. There are ‘No strangers here, just friends you haven’t yet met’.
There are plenty of powered drive through sites for motor homes, powered van sites, unpowered grass sites and a large grassed area for camping. The Park also has self-contained units that are air-conditioned and equipped with a kitchen and dining area, bathroom, VAST TV (satellite digital tv reception), lounge suite and a cosy deck to enjoy the afternoon sunset. These units sleep four and six persons. There is an additional accommodation block for single or duo travellers, each with air-cons and now FREE Wi-Fi. Before you reserve your accommodation at our spacious and welcoming facility, please be sure to familiarise yourself with our recently updated Caravan Park Bookings and Cancellation Policy.
Following recent upgrades, we now boast Six Artesian Bathhouses to help you unwind after a long days travel and soak up the therapeutic properties of water from the Great Artesian Basin. Each bath house has 2 huge comfy claw footed tubs with pebble bath mats, unique clothes hooks, seating and the views of an Outback sunset are unparalleled. You can also BYO nibbles and wine, or order a cheese platter at Reception which requires 24 hours notice.
From April to September come along and enjoy the award winning Bush Dinner nights at the Julia Creek Caravan Park (all welcome including free campers) each Monday night. Enjoy some local produce cooked for you by a local non-profit community group, hear a local yarn told by a true blue outback Aussie, enjoy the warmth of our camp fire and maybe even win a prize. The cost is very reasonable at $15pp, but please make sure you bring your own cutlery, drinks and chair for a great evening of great food and entertainment.
