The Showground camping area is spacious and uncluttered. There is easy access to all amenities and if you’re travelling with horses, we have yards and stables for overnight hire.

Half-way between Sydney and Brisbane, Armidale is the perfect stop-off for a visit to NSW’s extraordinary high country. We look forward to welcoming you to the New England.

Yes! We are pet friendly and welcome well behaved dogs (and their people).

Excellent large area to park our 5th wheeler. Centrally located. Friendly helpful caretakers. Clean facilities. Power and water. Dump point. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

Excellent camping area and closer to centre of town than any caravan park. Friendly caretaker and large area suitable for all sizes of rigs.

Good facilities. Close to town easy to get to and leave from. Caretaker very helpful. Sites are grass and some are slightly sloped but caretaker helps. Sites can be well separated. The laundry and camp kitchen are in good order, and plenty of showers. Well worth the price tag.

We have stayed at this location several times, always clean and well maintained campsite, caretakers very helpful, park is well suited for Big Rigs. Big Rigs will have to exit from the in gate to exit the park due to low tree branches. Dump Point easley accessible for Big Rigs. Big Rig Serenity.

Standard showground facilities. Sites are not all level and are on a slope if you are not lucky. Good place to base yourself to see Armidale. Caretaker at entrance, so pay before going to site.
