Great amenities. Large grass sites - you can stay hitched up if you want. We’d definitely stay again.

Great park, large grass sites, clean amenities with huge showers, lovely outlook, happy hour each night with nibbles suppled, don’t be put off by the dirt road leading to the park

Have stayed before found previous times very enjoyable but on this occasion found the ground s and amenities excellent cleaning staff fabouuls but reception shocking not very friendly and rude

Lovely large grassy site. Warm welcome by hosts who put on nibbles for happy hour to meet other campers. Had a delicious meal here also. Amazing sunset & lovely outlook. Amenities really good. Would definitely recommend a stop here

We pulled in here for one night without a booking and the incredibly helpful receptionist got us sorted in no time. The site was a nice big size and quite level. The toilet/shower block was nice and clean, and had washer/dryer available (4x $1 coins required). No fires allowed on your site, but there was a large communal fire.

Despite negative feedback about Wilcannia we booked in for two nights and extended to four as a base for day trips. It's a lovely pet friendly park with walking tracks along the Darling River and around the billabong. The amenities are amazing with the shower cubicles bigger than my entire home bathroom. Happy hour with supplied nibblies around the campfire every evening is a great way to meet fellow travellers. A two course dinner is available three nights per week at a cost. Reception houses a gallery for a very talented local indigenous artist. The staff are friendly and helpful. We felt safe here and I would recommend to anyone looking for an overnight stay or longer.

We can confirm the comments of the reviewers below - obviously the experience over the years is consistent. The park is set well back off the road making for a peaceful stay in the bush surrounds. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and would stay again.

We enjoyed the lush green site, happy hour nibbles and fantastic hosts. Amenities spacious and clean - worth stopping in to check out the billabong - bring a fishing rod as plenty of carp to be hooked.

Brilliant little caravan area on the banks of the Darling River. But if you want a bit of room there's another 15,000 hectares of working farmland and a beach on the Darling. Was stunned by the new shiny amenities block - better than most expensive highway caravan parks. Cabins looked nice too. Your own balcony and BBQ. Daily smoko for all is included.

Stayed here overnight for $38 powered site. Working hard to keep green grass in a dry area. Good facilities clean and spacious. Happy to recommend.
