A quick trip to Mildura saw us arriving late into The Palms at approximately 10.20pm. We idled up to the reception and noticed that there was no after hours contacts so I slowly pulled into one of the many vacant sites and decided to go to the reception in the morning and pay for the next few days. I had no sooner turned off the engine and was confronted by the manager who said "How bloody rude of you to come in here making all this noise and waking everyone up". I explained that that was the reason I had not knocked and came in quietly and I was going to see reception in the morning. He replied with "What the hell are you doing on the road at this time of night anyway? " I tried talking to him but he stuck out his hand and said "That will be 28 bucks then ". I paid for one night as needless to say that I will never be returning to a park with such a rude and arrogant manager. If you dont wish to deal with the public might I suggest a change of vocation that is not "public service" ori

what good value for money, very obliging management- we are 16 metres long and we were told no problem. Amenities older style but very clean. A small caravan park far enough away from the main roads so it was nice and quiet. Camp kitchen and pool and lovely green grass.

Small friendly caravan park. Amenities a little old but functional. Conveniently close to town.

This is definitely not worth the $39 that we were charged with a CMCA discount. It is too close to the Sturt Hwy and there were trucks ALL NIGHT!!!
