This retreat is a privately owned 40 acre paradise, set on the banks of the Nowendoc River. It is surrounded by picturesque countryside with a 400 metre river frontage. The unpowered campsites are level, extra large and grassy with shade on offer if you desire. There are wood BBQ's/fireplaces on each sites. There are also some sites with firepits for true campfires. You can BYO wood or purchase from the kiosk.
The kiosk also sells ice, ice creams, break, milk and some toiletry items. The closest general store is 15 minutes away.
You can choose to relax here or do a spot of fishing or take a swim in the river or do some canoeing. Kids, don't forget to bring your bikes as they are welcome here. They also hire out rubber tubes to go floating down the rapids. The choice is yours!
