The Seabreeze Holiday Park is a popular, secluded holiday spot in beautiful South Ballina. Located within 1km of picturesque South Ballina Beach and across the road from the Richmond River, the park provides the perfect base point for a relaxing, fun-filled holiday.

Whether holidaying as a couple, with the family or as a group, the Seabreeze can cater for you with a range of budget accommodation options from tent sites to cabins. The parks prime position in close proximity to numerous local attractions, ensures easy access to the fun, beauty and excitement of Ballina and the Northern Rivers Region. 


Guests are permitted to have camp fires in suitable areas and firewood can be purchased at the park kiosk.


The park has camping access over the 22 acre park area amongst the unrivalled flora and fauna.


The camping area is set over  most of the park area with numerous well shaded areas, all weather gravel access roads and very well drained. This is a primitive, minimalist bush camping experience and definitely different to other nearby parks with their tent rope to tent rope type of camping in the full glare of the summer sun.


The Seabreeze Holiday Park has a large number of powered sites for caravans and campers, as well as tenting.Sites with concrete slabs are available around the central ring road and offer close proximity to the main amenities block.  Grassed sites are also available around the park, some near the swimming pool.


There are seven self contained cabins to choose from.

Pets are permitted here on a leash on sites only.

With all the usual amenities expected, including a camp kitchen & BBQ area, toilets & showers, swimming pool, kiosk, phone, boat ramp and pond, you can be sure your stay will be a memorable one.
