This camping area offers shady campsites set among tall Banksias right on the shore of Waratah Bay. The adjacent beach is unpatrolled and not recommended for swimming. The area is popular for fishing and rock pooling.
There is vehicle access to the camping area. Easy access to the beach is via a short walking track. Dogs are not permitted in the campground or on the adjacent beach.
Advanced bookings and payment are required.
There are campsites available for booking with a maximum of 6 people per site. All campsites are unpowered and can be exposed to weather. They are set next to Eucalyptus trees. The campsites are suitable for tents, campervans or caravans. Non-flush toilets and shared fireplaces are provided.

Only allowed in the designated steel fireplaces provided – supply your own wood.
Water
No drinking water supplied – supply your own.
Please note: this is suitable for small vehicles only, no big rigs will fit here.

Is a lovely spot, but has been somewhat down graded by over regulation and the introduction of fees and the need to book, the fees are not cheap and the number of campsites has been reduced severely!
