Rules Beach Bush Camp

Private Campground - Queensland

Rules Beach Bush Camp is a family owned and run bush camp set on 108 acres of natural bushland, which is regularly visited by families of kangaroos, wallabies and an abundance of birdlife.

The terrain is flat and caters to all types of campers - tents, camper trailers, caravans, motorhomes and buses.

Our camp spots range from open spaces to shady secluded areas. We have flushing toilets and hot showers. The property has minimal powered sites. Potable water is available.

The property is a great place for a base camp to explore the region as there are plenty of activities to do, such as:

•    Fishing, crabbing and prawning in the local waterways (boat ramp is approximately 2kms away);

•    Visiting the Deepwater National Park - various day use areas;

•    Hire a kayak for the day (Mojo Kayak Adventures) and explore the Baffle Creek;

•    Turtle watching at Rules Beach (nesting and hatching between November and March);

•    Beach 4WD tracks;

•    Beachcombing;

•    Bush walking tracks;

•    Bird watching;

•    Playing a round of golf at Baffle Creek Golf Club.

Campfires are permitted (subject to conditions) in designated areas only with firewood supplied at no extra cost.

Generators and pets are welcome.

We sell ice, bait, soft drinks and can refill your gas bottle.
