The General Store does great Merlo coffee. Has the cheapest fuel around and does great Fish and chips. These little towns need our support.

Fantastic stopover right in town and nice and quiet.

Excellent quiet spot with shop and historic Rudd’s Pub serving meals 100m across the road. Good clean toilet block. Plenty of fresh water taps in adjacent park, close enough to run a hose to.

Great place to enjoy some peace and quiet in a lovely country setting. We only stopped one night due to other commitments but could have easily stay another couple of days. There is a general store plus meal's available at Rudd's pub (the local hotel). We will be back.

Enjoyed the day at Nobby the museum for Sr Kenny is very interesting lots of original materials about Polio and it’s treatment. Helpful and friendly volunteers . Enjoyed lunch at Rudds Pub . The pub would be very suitable fir a chapter meeting .

OK, the only thing missing for another star is a good view! Train watching provides occasional entertainment, and the home style meals at the pub are excellent. Facilities are well kept and the locals are friendly.
