This bush campground is a perfect base to set off on the Warren Gorge loop trail. It is located 21kms on a bitumen road from Quorn on the Arden Vale Road. Facilities include pit toilets and non-potable water. Dogs are permitted on a leash. Generators are permitted up until 8pm when they must be shut down.
This loop trail is 5.2 km long and takes between 1.5 to 3 hours to complete. It is easy to moderate depending on your level of fitness. There are some loose surfaces and short steep parts . Close to sunset and sunrise you will very likely spot the local yellow footed rock wallabies.
Registration and payment either at the Flinders Ranges Visitor Centre, Railway Terrace Quorn or self registration at entrance to Gorge.
