South Hill Heritage Estate is a Victorian residence of expansive proportions, located on 80 acres of undulating countryside just 2km from town. An intrinsic part of Goulburn History, South Hill overlooks the site where Hamilton Hume camped during his 1818 expedition that discovered Goulburn Downs.

80 acre historic estate, working farm, includes Art Gallery and Coffee Shop, alpacas, sheep, cattle, peacocks and fruit trees and access to river. Woodburning stove, big TV, modern bathroom, laundry, self-catering kitchen. Kids and pet friendly. 

One Km off Hume Hwy, two hours from Sydney, one hour from Canberra, three km to Goulburn CBD, restaurants, clubs, theatre, cinema, events and attractions. Best views in Goulburn.
