Woomera Traveller’s Village & Caravan Park provides visitors with a selection of accommodation styles and budgets to choose from.  They include powered and unpowered sites, camping areas, air-conditioned en-suite and budget park cabins, motel style rooms, and backpacker / contractor rooms.  All our guests have access to the Parks facilities such as the “Cudgee Bar” (licensed on-site). The friendly staff can give you more information about local attractions available in the region as well as answer any questions or give you any advice you may need.

We were there last year and like many others on wiki camps struck the worst manager we have ever had in 2yrs of traveling. Be careful not to upset him. I upset him because I asked for another spot ! We drove out and went to Spuds on the main road.

Large flat park. No grass. Lots of rules and fines. Although quite clean and quiet. Water and power is available.

A great spot to stay to explore the very interesting town of Woomera. This park has good flat large sites, no grass cause it’s the outback. The amenities are very basic and old fashioned but adequate but the camp kitchen is not up to standard. It has a fridge, a very old stove, and a microwave oven, nothing else, needs a complete rebuild. They do have a bar on site to have a drink at reasonable prices. We paid $25 per night with power. Overall good but needs some work.

We had talked for years about staying here and finally made it. Quite a large area with motel style rooms and cabins, plus tent area and unpowered sites. Powered sites have very definite parking bump stops for wheels which does work well, and provision for drainage of grey water. The 'Cudgee Bar' is a great place for drinks (cheap) and meeting new friends. Management is very careful with Covid-19 rules which is appreciated. Highly recommend a visit to this defence military town which is unusual in its own right.
