Kylies Beach Campground

National Park - New South Wales

Kylie’s beach is named for Australian author Kylie Tennant who once lived in the area and whose timber hut ‘writer’s retreat’ is within the park.

The campground is set behind the sand dunes and offers car-based campsites as well as caravan and camper trailer camping, so it is a great place for family camping near the beach. You might find you're sharing the campground with local koalas and yellow-tailed black cockatoos. They like the gum trees, so keep your eyes peeled.

Picnic tables are located in a grassed area next to the carpark at the 4WD beach access to Diamond Head, between Diamond Head campground and Kylie’s Beach campground.
