Stayed here on the way to Palm Cove great little stopover traffic noise not noticeable

Great spot for a stop over, walking distance to a lovely country pub with great food & hospitality .
A fruit stall opened up on our morning of departure ; fresh Bowen mangoes & sweet mangoe Melons , absolutely fabulous!

A good spot for a night. Probably not as inviting as the Childers RV stop 7ks down the road but still appreciated. More road noise but not enough to ruin a good nights sleep. Wandered up to the pub for a delicious well priced meal and we’ve moved 250m to the pub camp ground for tonight. We try to patronise these RV friendly places in preference to handing money to caravan parks. Well done Apple Tree Creek

Great spot for an overnight stop, pub close by, fruit stall set up in the morning, we had fresh Bowen mangoes for breakfast!

Great little spot for a night. Reasonable amount of room for most size rigs.

Nice rest area but can be a bit noisy from adjacent main highway. Hotel walking distance for meals. Can be crowded during peak season.
