Manbulloo Homestead Caravan Park is a family owned and operated business. Purchased by Brian and Stephanie Hill in June 1995, the caravan park at that time consisted of 25 powered sites and 1 ablution block, which was built in the late 1970’s.
During the last 25 years, Brian and Stephanie have expanded Manbulloo Homestead Caravan Park to include 116 powered sites, 41 unpowered sites, 3 ablutions blocks and 2 camp kitchens, plus various cabins and accommodation. The majority of shade is provided by African Mahogany trees planted in 1979.
The owners have a small herd of brahman cattle. Adjoining land was purchased in 2004 to allow a bitumen access road to be built from the highway and to gain extra land for cattle production.
Manabulloo Homestead is a caravan park with a difference. Set on a working cattle property on the banks of the Katherine River, the caravan park offers a range of acommodation options and activities. It’s a short drive to the centre of the Katherine township and surrounded by wonderful places to visit.
We are open all year round and happy to welcome you if you drop in. Just remember, during our busy tourist season, June to August, it’s important to book ahead.
