This free camping area is very scenic and is located on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River. It is accessed off River Road via a unsealed road for approx. 200 metres. It is large, grassy and has plenty of choices of full sun or shady sites. It is a good place to have a swim, go fishing, boating and kayaking. There is some awesome bird life to view here as well. It has toilets with disabled access, non-potable water, covered picnic tables, wood fireplaces, concrete boat ramp and dogs are permitted.
Turn off River Road at GPS and follow the unsealed road until you reach the camping area at the river approx 500 metres

Very peaceful lovely spot. No phone coverage. Drop toilets smell a bit. Fireplaces and undercover picnic table and seats and rubbish bins.

Very large area right alongside the river, good facilities, good road in, make sure you bring wood and all you need, area mowed, toilets serviced Glenn 20 provided.

Great spot, very peaceful we camp there once a year
