Huge park with great facilities. Well laid out. Walks everywhere. Shops and pub an easy walk. Heaps of families, so watch for kids walking and on bikes but not a sound at night. Would stay again.

The pet friendly status for this park is a joke. The pet section is an ungrassed black sand section behind the park in the dunes behind the beach. Perfect if you want your clean dog to be absolutely filthy within a few minutes. The non pet area is nicely grassed and manicured. Also it is PROHIBITED to walk your dog anywhere except the sand dunes. This park is the top of my ABSOLUTELY WORST PARK IN AUSTRALIA. IF TRAVELLING WITH YOUR FUR KIDS AVOID AT ALL COST.
