This caravan park is a mix of residential and tourists and It offers powered and unpowered sites as well as cabins. They are known for keeping very clean amenities, with a laundry as well. Pets are allowed within this location. Typically, locations have different pet policies, so it's important you check the rules prior to bringing your pet to the location. The park is well set out and has plenty of shady sites.
Great clean park, manager very helpful and pays attention to detail. We arrived late but were welcomed and found a site for the night. Would recommend this park. A little hard to find entrance to park.

This is a real little hidden gem. Beautiful grassy sites and lovely shady trees make this place a real oasis on the outskirts of Melbourne. The owner, Mal, is super friendly and very welcoming and his off-sider (Rowan) can't do enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The amenities are up to date and always very clean and a very reasonable tariff (for a park so close to a capital city) rounds out the package. We will definitely be back again!!

This small boutique Park situated on the northern Mornington Peninsular is a gem.Mal,the owner escorted us to our site before even paying and made sure that we were comfortable. This was appreciated and a distinct change from following a texta colour on a mud map.The grassed sites are level ,adjacent to a cement slab with van facilities well placed. No long hoses or electric extensions required and no leaking taps on this modern facility. An modern extensive shopping centre is 1 Klm away.
Definitely would stay again.

Small park, very clean, even to the extent of hot water and hand soap supplied at dump point. I have stayed three times, very handy for last or first stop from Spirit of Tasmania crossing. Office not always manned so leave message, Mal or Neil will return your call

Although this park has a number of permanent guests, the park offers for the tourist, a safe secure place to stay, easy route to the Spirit of Tasmania berth, either before or after sailing. Exceptionally clean, hot water and hand soap is a good indicator at the dump point.

One of the best run parks. 2 guys running it are always doing something around the park every day. Maybe a little more than 50 is older style residential cabins and caravans out. Fuel 1 minute away large Keysborough Shopping Centre and Dandenong City only a few minutes away. Backpackers also use it and have small sites allocated for their stn wagons and tents etc.
Would stay here again, its not a playground (and there is none) so better suited to couples rather than young families. Facilities are first class for cleanliness - shady treed areas and good grassed sites also. 4 stars I reckon for what it provides - quiet safe clean good access to amenities.
