Boondi Rock campground is a small campground near a large granite outcrop and dam. The campground has seven vehicle-based sites which cater for camper trailers and/or caravans.

Facitlies include tables, toilets and an information shelter.

Bring your own drinking water and firewood.

No dogs are permitted at the campground.

Bookings do not apply at this campground. It operates on a first come - first served basis. Please contact the campground during peak holiday season for availability.

Camping fees do not apply.

It is located 2km off the highway and is well sign posted.  It is approx 7.6km east of Boorabbin-Jaurdi Road.

This is a very nice area for a 3 day camp and has some good features for bush walkers. There is no phone signal and it can be a bit daunting if you dont like being alone when free camping. The toilets are drop type and appear to be used by the local bush fly population as well as humans. If you have some company this can be a very relaxing place to have a break on the East West run.
