Please note: this is suitable for tents only.  There are four sites here that can be enjoyed for free with a maximum stay of 3 nights.  There is cabins here as well at the other side of the dam if you're looking at accommodation instead of free camping.  

Please note that the camping area is to the left of the day area.  It also is gated which are strictly closed at 6pm (winter) or (9pm) during daylight savings and is reopened at 7:30 am daily.  Reservations for the camp sites are not taken.  Fires, dogs are not permitted here as well as trail bikes.  You must also take your rubbish with you.  There are toilets and water available here.

The day area has plenty of picnic tables, BBQ's, toilets.  There is a boat ramp so you can launch your boat from and do a spot of fishing.

This is a well maintained free camp. Suitable for all vehicles as long as you fit through the gate. Water on site, toilets in the adjacent day area. Gates locked at night for security. Enough shade and flat areas .
