This is a beautiful spot. We only made a day trip and the road wasn’t too bad until we got to the T intersection to turn to Gunlom. It was 11 klms and terrible, very rough and while we did have the caravan it was very messy inside when we arrived. While it says suitable for 2 wd I wouldn’t like to drive a low vehicle through there. Guess it probably depends on when the grader has last been through.

This is a very roomy park with clean showers & toilets. However they advertise generator area & on site signage states 9am to 9pm. Although we did not use a generator I like to check facilities. The caretaker/manager collects fees and seems to actively discourage use of generators & stated that they like all generators to be off by 7.30pm. There was a particularly irate written comment on their notice board, obviously from someone who had an issue with their generator. They need to change their facilities information &/or signage. The 11km of gravel road from the turnoff was the worst we have encountered in recent years & I pity the suspensions of the small 2WD vehicles that were using the road.
