Jorndee Creek - Cape Arid National Park

National Park - Western Australia

Jorndee Creek is a beautiful creek, which runs into the sea. The creek drains across the beach and rocks at the southern end of a small bay that is well sheltered from onshore winds. West of Jorndee Creek to Cape Arid sloping gneiss and granites dominate the coastline. Day visitors can access the car park that is separate from the campground. This area and campground is subject to close without notice should a wet weather event occur. Visitors planning to camp are recommended to check conditions with the local Parks and Wildlife Service Esperance office (08) 9083 2100.

A popular camping spot near one of the more protected beaches in Cape Arid, providing very basic campsites with few facilities. The campground has 9 campsites suitable for tents and small camper trailers. Please note, no campfires or solid fuel appliances (including stoves, barbecues and heaters) at any time. The only facilities available on-site are toilets. Pets are not permitted.
