Peedamulla Station Campground

Private Campground - Western Australia

Favourite

Peedamulla campground opened in August 2017. It has 15 un-powered and 5 powered sites all with access to toilets & showers, BBQ area, communal fire pit, drinking water and dog friendly.

It is 7km off the North West Coastal Highway along the Peedamulla-Onslow Road, with the office in a restored stone/tin cottage. Follow the signs. Visitors with 4WD's can get maps & notes from the office that guide them to seasonal wetlands (many birds), Cane River mouth (good for canoeing, fishing, mud crabing & launching a small dinghy) and the beach (good for fishing, walking, relaxing).

The campground is on a pastoral station but separated from the cattle by a perimeter fence and gates. Onslow is 60km further along the Peedamulla-Onslow road, an hours drive, an ideal place to replenish.

The campsite is open from March to October - bookings are recommended from May through to September.
