This bush camping area is located between the boat ramp and dam wall. NO camping is permitted at the boat ramp itself. You may need 4WD on the road leading to the lake. There are no facilities available so you will need to be self sufficient and bring along a portable/chemical toilet.
Woods Lake can be reached by turning off the B51 to Arthurs Lake Dam, follow the road past the dam for approximately 15 km. This is a gravel road that is steep in sections. It is recommended that 4wd vehicles be used for towing boats. It is suitable for camper trailers, tents and campervans only.
