Cooyar Showground

For a small fee, a camp area is available at the Cooyar Showgrounds, Cooyar Rangemore Road. Road signs, with directions, are to be found on both entrances to the town. (Look for the BLUE Showgrounds sign) 

Please report to the on-site caretaker or leave a message on 07 4692 6281. The caretaker will return your call, if needed. Toilet facilities, hot showers, power and water are available. A disabled toilet and shower is also available.  

The area is suitable for camper trailers, caravans and motor homes. Fifty-two powered sites are available throughout the grounds with water now available to the majority of sites. Pets are welcomed at the discretion of the caretaker. The society welcomes caravan clubs, motorhome groups and others wishing to visit the area.  Large flat areas are available for big rigs.
