What a wonderful Park to stay overnight. Full credit to the Community & Council in what is a clean, friendly, good serving community. Recommend to stay, best nights sleep in a while.

Fabulous free camp. Huge congrats to Kimba Council. Multiple free camp options provided in Kimba. We chose this one because it is very large with heaps of room for multiple rigs. Blue gravel site with lots of trees situated in the Recreation Ground. Huge children's playground on site. Toilets and showers were spotless. Some sites have power. Excellent free camp and I would recommend it to all.

Great stop with excellent facilities. About 30 other people staying here but not crowded. Well worth the donation. Lovely town with interesting history boards outside buildings.

Kimba has a Grey Nomads program, if you volunteer for two days in the community you get free power at the reserve for seven days and money for showers, there are different options for volunteering depending on your skills and abilities. We have found this a great way to meet locals and get involved in a community that welcomes travellers.

This wonderful camping area provided by the community is greatly appreciated. We hope visitors support the township by visiting the community owned hotel, where we had a wonderful meal. Spacious area to turn around the dump point, camping spots divided by new trees, and the new toilet block is fabulous. View the silo art at night time for great photos.

What a pleasure to arrive at a town with such facilities! I believe the A & H Society are mostly responsible but the community in general have a Mens Shed and Lions Club within the grounds. Showers are awesome with the standard overall above many paid caravan parks. Donation only.

Good overnight stop. Large gravel area, toilets and $1 hot showers.

Please donate. Showers take $1 coins like others have said outstanding.

We arrived in pouring rain but the gravel surface of this site was perfect. A new slab has been laid for the upgrade on toilet block in the lower area. Very quiet camp site. Feeling safe and welcome.

Absolutely spotless. Puts most of the charging campgrounds to shame. Make sure you donate to help the Kimba community maintain this fantastic asset.

The night we stayed there were about 20 or so Vans & Mh's. The ground is all nice level gravel. Toilets and $1 showers are available. New shower & toilet block is currently under construction near the entrance. Potable water is also available. A dump point is located a few hundred meters away within the same complex and easily accessed even by big rigs. One of the nicest, neatest free parks we have ever visited. It is within a walking distance from the town centre, where there is a pub, supermarket, hardware, butcher and lots more to see.

One of the best free camps. Toilets, dump point, $1 showers, bins. Don’t miss Eyre and Wiley sculptures on the hill.

Proactive forward thinking Council has provided a beautiful resource for RV travel. New toilet and showers, water at entrance, close by is a dump point, gravel flat surfaces and room for multiple vans. Very clean and tidy area. The town is within walking distance to the park as is the Silo Art.

Great facilities. Great meal at the local pub. Two other free camps in Kimba. All RVFTs should be like this.

Accolades to the Kimba council and the township. Many other councils would do well to emulate this one and not be greedy providing poor facilities for big dollars. 26/9/21

Wonderful community facility and still being upgraded by the locals, with a new camp kitchen and second amenities block soon to be opened. Please donate as requested and support this RV friendly town...that has plenty to offer with silo art and bush walk close to the RV camp to name just a couple. Highly recommend.

Great site, clean showers and toilets, 17 RVs here overnight, put a $10 donation in the box, this site is an example of what can be done by a progressive council. Congratulations Kimba

This has to be the best community camping area. The new toilet block is now open and the new camp kitchen will be both a blessing for campers and a benefit for the town activities. The camping areas are very popular tonight so hoping they all contribute their donations. Thank you Kimba again for your generosity.

This camp sets a bench mark for access and facilities and in town too. Everyone respected others with spacing, noise and no rubbish to be seen. The silo at night is a must as is the cafe van etc at 26 High St.
