Ideal accommodation base for the corporate traveller, holiday maker or stop over for visiting family and friends. Perfectly located to explore the Mt Dandenongs, Gumbya World, Phillip Island, Gippsland and only minutes from the new Pakenham racecourse. Access to Railway, buses and shops with in walking distance.

A comfortable park with clean facilities. Can get a bit dirty in wet weather due to the wide use of mulch across all sites. Easy access into Pakenham for shopping. Park is about 50% permanents though they are relatively separated from the powered sites. There is ONE Ensuite Powered Site (#67). 30 min access to Puffing Billy and all the stations along that steam rail line. Staff are friendly.

Very friendly managers, clean, basic facilities. Quite small and mostly full of permanents. We didn’t use toilets or showers, too cold. Recreation room with plenty to do but no heating. Very very noisy all night as it’s so close to main road.
