The Campground, formerly the Parachilna Rural School, is an important source of revenue for the Parachilna Community. While bookings are not required for casual campers, it is helpful to have pre-warning of the arrival of larger groups.

Unpowered sites only, with access to 2 amenity blocks, a coin operated washing machine and a sheltered gas BBQ area.

Fees: $10.50 per adult / $5.50 per child. Check in at the Prairie Hotel.

We have previously stayed here, and enjoyed the hotel. The camping area is very basic, but showers were appreciated. Presently it is closed, as is the Prairie Hotel due to Covid-19. Sunsets are beautiful.
